Hi Kevin,
Whew, just read through your whole thread. I don't often do this, but it's time for some tough love...I think you can take it. If not I do apologize and do not intend this to be mean or hurtful, I just think you need to hear the truth that some others might see.
Wow, you've really got a GODZILLA SIZED junkie...just like mine is/was too. Read back through your posts and you will see your ADDICTION MONSTER has you firmly in hand and is spewing all kinds of junkie talk and pulling all the best tricks it's got to keep you smoking. You're falling for it hook, line and sinker just like I did for so many years.
So here's my advice.
1) RUN, don't walk, RUN as fast as you can to the nearest bookstore and get The Easyway to Quit Smoking by Allan Carr and any other book on ADDICTIONS that you can find. Throw in a few practical positive self help books as well because I can see you are wanting to stop smoking and be positive about it.
2) Go home and lock yourself away and read.
3) When you've had your ahhaaa, I get it now, I'm an addict moment, come back here and post your new knowledge. We will be here waiting for you. You will beat this addiction because you are strong.
Another addict,
Pat
