jojo you have come to the right place keep reading and keep on posting. The support that we all have here is brilliant if it wasnt for the support i recieve here i dont think i would of got this far and also what keeps me going is i tell myself i have come this far in my quit and im not going back to do the first weeks of the quit over again. Yes some days are harder than others but you just have to keep working through them one day at a time,my goal now is to get to the beach those 100 days are not that far away and looking at your quit meter your a few days ahead of me so you will get there before me so save me a deckchair on that beach !!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 66 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,325 Amount Saved: 336.6 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 23 Mins: 32 Seconds: 38

Jojo, You are an inspiration to me...I'm sure to many of us. 68 days is amazing!! I've tried quitting many times but this is the longest I've gone. It's this support system, and people who've gone longer than I have that let me know I can keep going. It is possible! Hello everyone, This is my first post ever so I hope I am doing it right! I quit smoking cold turkey a little over 2 mos. ago after smoking over fourteen years. I had a minor slip up of 4 drags two weekends ago after drinking a couple of glasses of wine. I have been completely consumed with thoughts of smoking since I quit, I dream about it, I can't go outside without thinking about it, it is all I talk about with everyone I know, in other words I am driving myself and everyone around me crazy. I just need to know if this will ever end, and I will feel normal again. I have quit numerous times in the past, but obviously I was not strong enough to overcome the addiction. I am just trying my best to remind myself that at some point I have to feel better......right?
