i'm not a girly, but Exercise my main man, you need exercise & fast by the sounds of it.
You've probably heard all this before.. watch your sugar / fat intake, fill yourself up with fruit & drink plenty of water this will help with the weight gain, exercise or go for walks to burn off the belly.
