10/4 Driver I hear you about the hangover. Many the time I,ve gone to work and hoped I would die before the day was over..If I may suggest keep using the patch it,s far to early to be testing yourself..I know their expensive when moneys tight but it,s a lot less expensive than the cost of repairing yourself.. XXOO Bear :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 12 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 227 Amount Saved: $120 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 23 Mins: 47 Seconds: 37

Thanks for the advise on the patch I'm using medical tape to keep the patch on. I actually haven't put one on yesterday or today to see how I do without it and so far so good. Bear,I have to congratulate you on how well you are doing. You need to read back from day one and see how far you have come and a great inspiration to many of us. Your advise has also helped just knowing I have the support of you and everyone else here has been a comfort. I could do without the hangover:) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 17 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 615 Amount Saved: $187 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 16 Mins: 5 Seconds: 46

Ahhh....the air here is more wonderful than I remember it was when I was a kid running to play on the shore. We live directly across the road from the beach...on a long country road running along the harbour. So beautiful and the smell of the salt water in the air, so refreshing. One thing I will miss so much when I move back to the city. But at least i will have civilization on my side then :) LOL My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/15/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 46 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,161 Amount Saved: $379.5 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 7 Mins: 23 Seconds: 0

Hi Whynot Good idea but around here with the heavy traffic the air smells like a cess pool 1,st thing in the morning.. Its amazing how your sense of smell improves in such a short period of time, I,ll have to keep that in mind if I ever think about smoking again !!! :gasp: My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 12 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 224 Amount Saved: $120 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 22 Mins: 42 Seconds: 21

Hey Guys and Dolls Look at me I just put on my 14th patch this morning!!! Not bad for an old fart!!! I,v started taking the patch of at night those nice dreams went south and I started to have some really disturbing ones..but when I put the patch on in the morning do I ever get a buzz from this sucker??? I use an alcohol rub to put it on works real good.( thats the rubbing kind not the drinking kind ;p) I was all so told to put them on above the waist but different strokes for different folks. Hey Phil maybe we can use them as pasties?? Sorry about your luck fishing Nance but sometimes it,s nice just to get outdoors and smell the fresh it smells a lot nicer when your not smoking!! Hi Kayla nothing like a good hangover to take our minds of our problems eh. My old boss use to say these little things are sent to try us .B.S. there just a huge enormus pain in the butt but your doing excellent at dealing with them so hang in there I just know something good is going to happen for you real soon..
