Paul -
Congratulations on your quit - three weeks and counting - that's great!
For me, the constant thinking about smoking and frequent cravings finally went away, somewhere around the 3rd or 4th week. Now, I still think about smoking - but it's just a thought not a craving, and it happens maybe 2x/day. I would say I only have real cravings around once or twice a week. While it still feels like a daily struggle/challenge, it feels totally manageable & possible.
The bottom line = It does get soooooo much better!!! Trust me - I doubted this myself a lot in the first month - and it feels great to finally be able to say that "Yes, the cravings fade and it gets much much much much better".
So hang in there. Keep reading and posting here!
