I know tis not much but I'm damn proud! 2 weeks is the longest I have ever gone. Maybe once in 15 years I did 5 days. I also switched to step 2 of the patch. I was supossed to stay on step 1 for 2 more weeks but I felt I was ready. I am determined to egt off the patch and to continue being a non smoker.
