Hey gang!
It seems that 1,000 days have passed since my journey began - unreal. The biggest lesson that I've learned is that anyone who wants to quit will quit. It's not anyone who wants to CAN quit. We all can. But do you want to?
We all get there one day at a time and we all put our pants on one leg at a time. (Except maybe Mr. Ed, I'm not sure how that works for him.) But if you just don't smoke that next cigarette - you've done it. Now multiply times 20,000 and there you are.
(Don't smoke) X 20,000 = FREEDOM!
So for those just starting out or if you are having a tough time hold tight to the knowledge that the cravings pass, the body heals and life gets exponentially better.
A Quitter Fo Shizzle,
Sandra
