Quit No.....I lost count!

Hi Stubz, If you know you can quit then it's about time to show yourself you can do it. There is no situation in life bad enough that you have to smoke. It's that simple. Be stubborn and just don't smoke. You always have a choice: You smoke or you don't. Next time make a decision and don't attempt. An attempt is allowing you to go wrong, a decision you have to keep. Make a deal with yourself and tell yourself that you don't want to smoke anymore and stick to your decision. Good luck. That was a practice run. Quick jump back on before nicodemon finds you standing out there! I lost a 70 day quit and started all over....you CAN do it. Never quit quitting. You will get it right at some point.
