cali! Job well done so far....got a gear up for this great adventure! One thing that really helped me was to "practice" not smoking. When I was getting ready to quit I would hold out for a smoke when I had the crave and made the time in between each one a bit longer. Smoking for me was definately a scheduled thing. I could tell the time of day by wanting a smoke. Keep close to this site it is great! Make a crave basket and fill it with items that will assist you with those craves.
