Week Two - Emotions?

One of the most significant signs of withdrawal during heck week is when you start talking to yourself and answering your own posts. :p Seriously, the moodiness is so normal, but also very awful. You have my sympathies. I blubbered all through it and snapped heads off. For me, anyway, it did not end after heck and blah week. A low level depression set in. This was one of the hardest parts of my quit - losing any sense of equilibrium, losing much sense of me as a sane rational human being. Thankfully, it does pass. I have now returned to my previous level of insanity. :p And the freedom of not being a junkie anymore is AWESOME! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/15/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 629 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 15,727 Amount Saved: $2201.5 Life Gained: Days: 88 Hrs: 16 Mins: 31 Seconds: 0

2tone, What have you done for yourself lately? Take some you time, you deserve it and do what makes you happy. This is normal and will pass. If you think it is persisting, than check with your doctor to rule out anything medical :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
