I love your plan; it is a good one and it worked for me as well. Identify the triggers before the quit date and work on reducing those smokes. Postphone those smokes until just a little later on during the day (practice, practice, practice). Yes, yes, yes! Right way, keep your discipline with the smoke reductions. Don't allow yourself to let the smoking numbers creep up on you, only to wind down.
