Yes Sammi is right, stick with the water and come here. Keeping a quit journal will also allow your feeling and thoughts to flow out (and relieve a little anxiety)on paper ~ How come you never posted before, I am always curious why people only come and read when getting in on the conversation is always so fun ! tryin....quitting smoking may very well have something to do with your anxiety....but.....rest assured if it IS related to your quit, then it will get better with more time. I think you deserve a medal for getting this far!! Have you rewarded yourself? I am sure that you had bad days even when you were smoking?? sometimes we tend to forget this and just blame everything unpleasant on the fact that we quit! LOL Actually, in the end, you will have LESS stress and anxiety than when you smoked. That junky always demanding a fix we a big stresser in your life, whether you realized it or not. Your post sounds like you were no stranger to anxiety and stress before quitting.....just hang right in here and don't let that junky convince you that smoking will help....cause it won't!! take walks, do stretching exercises, practice relaxing....and be GOOD to yourself....cause you certainly do deserve it!
