30 day crave on day 34. It makes me happy.

Thanks everyone. Jan, all I thought about all day was that the craves as bad as they have been today means I'm on the right track. I'm glad to see this milestone come up. Everything is working just as it's supposed to in progress. Happy Quitting everyone! Today was full of the craves. It started early, and since I've been delaying my first gum it hit hard and hasn't all the way left yet. I've had two Nicorettes so far today but only when it got really bad. I'm happy to reach the 30 day pit. It's a positive sign. It's a positive sign because I know that pretty much every one else has gone through this at about the same time. I know that it will pass and when it does, I'll want to smoke that much less. As they say, it is part of the process. So, YAYYYY for the 30 day crave. It's working, just like it's supposed to work. Thank you to everyone here who made me aware of what to expect, when to expect it and the good news that it will pass leaving a stronger person when it does.
