***Pat tiptoes out onto the aft deck, finds a king sized hammock, lays back in it and swings lazily while staring up at the stars in the sky and smiling because shes a non smoker*** What a nice day we had Captain, shipmates and visitors with all our celebrations, great food, rockin music and inspiring conversations. Hope everyone who had the day off had a wonderful time and that is was productive for those who worked. Rainie sends her regards and greetings to everyone.shes been very busy and is doing great with her quit. One of her family members is under the weather, so shes got her hands full at the moment and will be back on board with us as soon as she can be. MomMom, Im so glad youre feeling empowered and strengthened. Im really proud of you (and all our new shipmates). Youre almost past Hell week! One thing you should know though is that you do not have to wait to look back at your journey to become a non-smoker. Maybe you havent noticed this but we have, YOU ALREADY ARE A NON-SMOKER and you have been for 6 whole days now!!! Sometimes the weather can get a little choppy, but it usually just gets calmer as time goes by. Keep all your tools handy and an eye on the horizon. I know you will be just fineif you have any troubles just holler and well all come hold that nasty demon down while you hand him a knuckle sandwich or two. Oh yes, by the way that MW seems like a real nice guy and I bet his family enjoyed meeting you too! Thanks for taking us to the track this week, shall we plan to go to next weeks races too? Faith you trooper you.sweetie pie, hunny bunches of bestest greeter, chocolate giver outer and wine pourer ever.keep up the wonderful job onboard. Hint hint, wink wink, that beachI repeat..THE REAL BEACH is getting closer and closer for all of us and look out, are we ever going to have a blow-out-beach-party!!! Freemom, please start planning our beach party music now ok? JT (yes, count me in for the walking program please) is gonna have us all looking so good from all our new exercise routines and those magic no calorie pastries she invented that well all fit purrrrfectly into our yellow polka dots and speedos when we land onshore. Its gonna be a fantastic episode for the continnnuuuinnnggg storrrrr

* Reggae band strikes up an eerie rendition of Bobby McFerrin * Here's a little song I wrote You might want to sing it note for note Don't worry, be happy. In every life we have some trouble But when you worry you make it double Don't worry, be happy. Don't worry, be happy now ********************************************************* Yippppeeeeeeeeee..Its Friday everyone..Lets party! Oh my, look at the Capn and all my maties and visitors having a great time and a great day on the Magic. What a wonderful bunch of stats and milestones we have to celebrate this weekend! Captain Mrmmm, That Queen song is a catchy tune and it seems like all us wenches and possibly some of the fellas are admitting to being in possession of a little extra bootie on board these days. Arrrggghhh its got to be all the delicious treats that are being dished out lately!!! And here we thought we all looks so good in our string bikinis and speedos. We're all gonna end up in baggy shorts if we don't take matters into our own hands. :eg: Maybe we can all start a bootie shaking program at the gym, after everyone is finished their hard and intense working weekdays. Im game for that, cause I surely dont want people giving me a hard time or giving me a spanking for putting on too much weight. What do you figure wenches...and maties all, shall we meet in the new gym for exercises so we can then eat more chocolate, drink another glass of wine or a 'rita and make our lungs stronger so we dont run out of breath so soon when were celebrating on the beach...I repeat...ON THE REAL BEACH PEOPLE...in 78 - 82 days? Rainie.wahoooo..picture of ole twinkley eyes will be greatly appreciated, even if it is from a distance. That was a sweet move by JGdid you know he got sent to the back of the pack on Sunday because something broke on his car during the race and it was too low to the ground when inspected by Nascar after? Bummer, but he can drive to the front when he wants to. Sorry we wont see you this weekend, but have a great time and well save some cake and Jerk chicken for you. Congrats on beating that evil chain smokers stinky old attempt to lure you in!!!! Knuckle sandwiches for all smokers and nico demons. Stay strong and just remember

Ahoy Capn all my shipmates and anyone dropping in for a visit, Todays nasty weather seems to be everywhere! :gasp: Yuuuccckkkkyyyyy. We must all be just waiting for the nice spring weather to lift our spirits and get us out exercising in the fresh air. I was so looking forward to a nice walk down the beach this morning but when I saw snow mixed in with the rain, I have delayed until later in the day or perhaps another weekend. Arrrrggghhhhh, I really have to get some walking done so I might be forced to...eat chocolate...er, I mean... go walk the indoor route around my local shopping palace again, hint hint, wink wink...anyone want to come find some bargains with me? Who knows what will follow us home this weekend (have you seen the commercial where the lady goes shopping and all the shoes follow her all the way home...could this be us later today? Ah, Freemom Im glad youre doing better today. I was online just a bit too late to chat with you last night. You know you can reach out to any one of your shipmates at any time. Were all here on the Magic Ship for our crewmates to row with! Now, Capn we begin to see that you and Phil :eg: are both having a blast with all us Magic Wenches doing our work and trying to take good care of you poor outnumbered male souls. We do appreciate you being able to cope with all our teasing....and if the male to female ratio starts getting to be too much for you, do feel free to get our dancers back again for an evening :p and you can go ashore for your little mmmmmm R&R again. Now, in this spirit of kindness and understanding, heres a nice mug of hot spiced rum to warm you up since you cant go tee off. Maybe youll be in the mood in a bit to pick up that harmonica of yours and start blowing some blues. Not just any blues mind you, some get down, start crying, begging for more blues, you wouldn't get depressed blues, but the real feel good blues. Oh, yes, and a big thank you to everyone else on board, for all the great music youve been playing in the last few days people! Please keep em coming...I for one really love the music and Ive been told it soothes that beast within us...hee hee, if nothing else, has been tons of fun to listen and dance to. Hope everyone else whos been

Good Evening Capn, Crew and visitors aboard the Magic, Im just howling with laughter MomMombecause I have a t-shirt you might want to borrow that says: GIVE ME ALL YOUR CHOCOLATE AND NOBODY GETS HURT! Now, before you panic over your consumption of the good stuff, remember you are only 9 days (congratulations by the way) into your quit, so if it takes chocolate to get through the first couple or more weeks, I say eat it! From what Ive read, chocolate is one of the foods that release those feel-good chemicals into our brains, but Im not sure if you can actually become addicted to it (please dont tell my family though as they are convinced I cant live without it and they usually me the good stuff on special occasions). If youre concerned about the amount youre eating, maybe portion out smaller amounts and substitute another healthy food like raisins, apples, fruit or another sweetish treat to beat those craves. I think well all be ready to head to California for the race on Sunday, so hope theres room on the magicopter for all of us. Rainie and Faith, glad to hear youre both feeling somewhat better and hope by this weekend youll both be completely recovered. Nurse.what germs did you run into or is it you allergies acting up? Sure hope youre all better quick. Freemom.thats some rocking good music youre playingand way to kick that ash!!! Now, about that aunt that introduced you to the Beatles, sure hope that 60's wild child didnt teach you any of the bad habits I remember.er, I mean.I was told some people had back then! He he he, I was just a baby in the 60swell ok, a big baby and I didnt get any bad habits till the early 70s so there! IM me her name in case I know her ..psyche, just kidding. Ive been wondering about our meters too everyoneseems like the Capn has the most time added to his lifedespite him not being the ex-heaviest smoker here. Maybe it really does have to do with his good clean living after all (or could the predicted shorter life-span of men versus a women have anything to do with itnawww.its the good, clean living and all the walking and golfing you do.were sure of it Capn). Kygirl and JT, keep up the good work with cooking all that great food for us and helping us get our ex

What started off with three like-minded people has turned into something really special, dont yall think? We really know how to have a great time while taking care of business. Rainie, good to see you back and sure hope your daughter is back to normal in no time. Faithfreedom, well do our best to put on a good show for your birthday.....shhh, save some rum girls, maybe the Capn will play his harmonica again. Freemom will naturally be in charge of the musical entertainment. JT and Rainie will perform one of their dance routines Im sure. MomMom and I will attempt our first stand-up comedy acts and Kygirl is going to whip up some tasty low fat treats and hand out the swimwear at the pool. Phil is going to sit in the audience and cheer us on or heckle when appropriate with Gonnadoit (we took up a collection plate to raise JTs bail by the way and here, have some dramamine). Capn Magic will round out the evening by blowing some blues. Not just any blues mind you, some get down, start crying, begging for more blues, you wouldn't get depressed blues, but the real feel good blues. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I sure hope he plays something by Stevie Ray Vaughan, maybe even Pride and Joy: Well you've heard about love givin' sight to the blind.
