So I'm going to just come out and say it -
I'm really struggling with the "physical adjustments" that have been happening (and NOT happening)since I became a non-smoker... I'm still really bloated, gassie, & constipated, etc.
I've been doing everything I can think of. I drink a ton of water and my daily diet is: FiberOne cereal for breakfast, a big salad for lunch, a piece of fruit for an afternoon snack, veggie soup or a sandwich or some egges, etc. for dinner, and every night before bed I eat a big handful of dried prunes. Oh yeah, and I exercise.
This is really, really unpleasant - and it's only seeming to get worse each day that goes by. :gasp:
Has or does anyone else experience this? Any tips that I'm missing?
P.S. Guess I won't use this post as the basis of an online dating profile! ;p
