I quit one time....and have stayed quit.....and I don't think it matters HOW much planning you did, or didn't do....you are still going to go through much the same thing when you actually quit. Can you be more successful??? LOL how, when you aren't smoking???
Yeah, lots of times we feel like folding....but we don't.....and therein lies the secret.....don't light up....no matter what
smoking is NOT an option....just remember that and you will be fine
