Just take it day by day, hour by hour, min by min. Just keep repeating I will not smoke right now. Then the days, hours, mins add up.
The first few days are the hardest...it does get better, I promise. I was the type of person who would never even think of quitting. I loved my smokes, I needed them, I had to have them. Well that was all a crock.
Get help if you need to..patches, gum or get the advise of your Doctor. My Dr helped me every step of the way!!!
