Hey Tony,
Iam from the Uk too, from W.Berks. Tony You can do it, believe me i know you can. 2 years ago I was in a right state of bad health and very nervous of yet another quit, well it will be 2 years tommorrow and i have done it. i can now run upstairs without coughing, i take my grand children to bowling,go swimming I do not stink of fags and i just feel so free. The first week was awfull but i got thro it with patches, gum and an inhalor...yes i used it all. I posted on this site non stop, I ate my way thro 1Kg of carrotes a day, sipped water and puffed on cinamon sticks. I had been a 40 a day puffer for 30 years...I am going to be 50 in 2007 and i am so gratefull to this site for giving me the chance to be here. SO GO FOR IT TONY AND GOOD LUCK,I WILL BE WATCHING OUT FOR YOU.
aLL THE BEST, Ana :)
