You are in my thoughts too. This craving will pass - it really really will and you are getting through it. Just hang in there kiddo.
Do whatever you need to now - distract yourself, treat yourself, drink plenty of water and take deep breathes. Go to bed early tonight if you need to. Just don't smoke. You will feel soo proud of yourself if you can hang in there.
And anyway - who is in control here - you or a 3inch stick of poison - I know who's bigger and stronger - YOU!!!
