Why are some days so great and others not?

Hi marie- You're on day 9 :) My advice - stay in the present - it's sometimes all we can handle - the present... Getting ahead of ourselves on this journey can really feel overwhelming. So dream the good stuff, and leave the worries at the door, as you don't need the stress :) Your meter sure is lookin' good, friend! Make sure to reward yourself :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 314 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,991 Amount Saved: $1460.1 Life Gained: Days: 41 Hrs: 1 Mins: 36 Seconds: 48

freedomforme Hi there and I'm delighted that you are having a good day - this is the part when it does start to get easier so enjoy that. Can I remind you though to stay ever vigilant as well though - I failed in a quit 17 weeks in and I was at a point where I thought I would never smoke again - never even thought about them. An then one day outta the wild blue yonder I got blind sided by a MASSIVE craving and I gave in. It happened when I was feeling soo confident too - nicodemon is a real swine at times. I'm not saying this will happen to you and I really hope it doesn't but I just say it as a cautionary note - never let your guard down. Enjoy the ease you are experiencing - I'm delighted for you.
