In the beginning of my quit I slept and slept and slept. When I was done sleeping I was a non-smoker. Sleeping has rescued me, when you sleep you cannot smoke. Good luck to you. Platinum Butterfly, Your blood flow is increasing, the amount of oxygen your body can absorb is greater and your body is healing. These will all contribute to fatigue. If you need to nap and can, take advantage. Your body does the most healing when you are sleeping. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Sometimes napping, resting and relaxing are far more important than any of those "have to do's". How important is it really to dust, mop, etc. Especially early in your quit, as your body is recovering and healing, sleep can bring the peace that you need to carry on. Quitting is hard work, and sometimes we just need to rest.
