Love you all again today and feeling much better, thanks but I'm really quite saddened and humourless on the subject now after seeing my post has been censored. Glad many of you can relate to how I felt(!) but I'll keep my rants to myself hereafter. Todash - If that prayer doesn't do it, nothing will! Your cilia should be quite happy for the energy you've put into taking care of them! I was like you at first... had that stupid dry cough or none at all. Now I have more of the other, and a constant need to clear my throat. I never did that when I smoked because I think everything was too dried up. So, I doubt my cilia are standing proud and tall yet, but I think they are trying to get up and shake off the chains that have been binding them! Keep being good to the cilia!
