Silvers, congratulations on your decision to take a stand, and say: "I want to live." Be determined, and positive that way anything ole nic throws at you, you will be able to handle it. We all have our weak moments and ole nic knows everyone of them. So work on your points and replace them with something stronger. Silvers, stay busy, do anything except smoke. Take a walk, or if you have a treadmill get on it. I have to use the treadmill these days because I live in the Mt's of VA and we have 3" of snow, and its very cold. Don't forget the water, drink, and drink some more that will help flush your system out. Every time you get a crave think of why you are quitting, which is more important to you. I'm not saying this is going to be easy, but it is worth fighting for. So hang on tight, and get ready for the ride of your life. This journey can be crazy sometimes, it an up hill battle everyday. But each morning be thankful that you don't smoke.
Please let us know how you are doing. :)
