Serenity, Smoking is not an option for you anymore. You have joined the prestigious rank of quitter. You have 40 days under your belt, don't risk it. 1 cigarette will never be enough. Get rid of those cigarettes, don't give yourself the option. Reward yourself for staying smoke free and take a few minutes to bring those emotions back down to a workable level. FLUSH THE DARN THINGS NOW!!!!! Get them out of the house and ask you friend not to smoke in your home again. No one smokes in my house anymore. If they smoke they do it outside and they take their butts with them. Lost to many quits that way. Look at you stats. FLUSH THEM NOW!!! Hi serenity2 - Smoking is, and will always be, a choice... If you don't know it yet, you will find out that no one will protect your quit like YOU can... it's like a baby... a newborn - carry your quit on a satin pillow and protect it w/your life if you need to for now... I would highly recommend setting some boundaries w/your friend... Ask yourself how much your quit means to you, dear one. Serenity... if nothing else do it for me. You have inspired this quit that I am creating. I read some of your post and see you are a non smoker that I want to be. Do you know how I dream of a big ol' 40 on MY meter. Take breaths and please let us know how you are...DON'T SMOKE,please My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: -5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0
