roger that ol chap don't be a turkey, just visit there :p I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 1 week, 1 day, 13 hours, 58 minutes, and 7 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 172 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 57 foot long cigarette) * Spent $36.73 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.72 grams of tar * Inhaled 137 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 2,575 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.89 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 1 day, 1 hour, 23 minutes, and 48 seconds off my life

Sad, sad, sad. I think at different stages throughout my smoking life I believed probably 30 out of the 33 lies. Ahhh but there is hope in truth and the truth shall set you free, no? Thanks Jacko, It is funny what we tell ourselves and what we believe to make excuses for this disease. This is inspirational and leaves no stone unturned. There no longer is an excuse! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
