lladro, First off, congratulations on your two week anniversary! Hell & heck week are over and we hope you'll reward yourself generously for all your hard work. With regards to the IM, in addition to allow pop-up blockers, you'll also need to set the security settings of your browser to the default level. If you continue to have difficulties launching the IM, please contact us through the feedback section. lladro, At the top of the forums, you'll see a blue icon marked LAUNCH. This is our SSC IM. When you're ready, give it a try. It is a great avenue for additional support. lladro, What version of Internet Explorer are you using? If you're using version 6.0+, the colums at the very top of the window should read as follows: File Edit View Favorites Tools Help Select tools. The pulldown menu should look like this: Mail and News Synchronize Windows Update Sun Java Console Internet Options Select internet options A second window will pop up. The second tab is marked security. Click it. You'll see two buttons. Custom level & default level. Select default level. Select ok button and you're done. For the pop ups. Launch the SSC IM after you've changed the security setting. On the very last bar you'll see an icon marked pop-ups blocked, select it, this will allow the pop ups. If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact us via the feedback section. (At the bottom of every page on the SSC, there is an icon marked feedback, click it to send us a message.)
