For your responses - I need all the help I can get. I just hope that this will be my forever quit. I want to be free from this terrible habit. Well now I have to prepare myself to be ready for Dec 25, I have bought my last pack of cigs. I want the freedom of being a non smoker. So Ho Ho Ho here we go It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... But I have been to the ddoctor and I am taking meds and they are working great. I feel so much better and now I am ready to tackle Nic dameon and hopefully get him out of my life once and for all. Thanks for everything It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
