Marg's in day five!

Hi all, Day Five and counting......I can't believe it! The cravings seem to be easing up a bit....(touch wood). Although the dreams are strange, and I've had two already in which I was smoking. Quite the mind twist, this quitting process is. It's a little easier when I'm at work and I hope the weekend goes well. I'll make it go well by keeping VERY busy! Have a good day, everybody. Gismo, I'm getting to the things that have been on my to-do list for years. This weekend I'm tackling the bedroom closets, which are so full of crap that I can't hang up my clothes. My house is gleaming! You've got the right idea....keep busy. I think that's what will pull all of us through this first weekend. I'll be thinking of you all and I'll look for you on this forum. thanks for the encouragement...I think we're doing great! It's going to be my first week-end too, I'm with you...! The dreadful thing is that I just moved in 2 months ago and there is just absolutly no cleaning to do. The little bit there was has been done twice already this week... Maybe a new tip then: when stopping with smoking, maybe fill up agenda for the 1st week + week-end with cleaning-up sessions for friends, parents, relative. It's for free, nobody even needs to be there, just the fresh non smoker with some cleaning to do till he drops... Well, that was for my input on the 4th proud non-smoking day of my life. Everything will be all right this week-end but for sure, I will be glued onto my keyboard and on the SSC and hearing from you, I hope. Hello everybody and formostly Marg, Rhonda, Gismo. I don't knowe how it went for you but it went quite ok for me. We are in day 6!!!!!! I didn't really post today coz I was busy + I spent a lot of time on my reward! I want to give faith to anybody who is going to stop soon and say, if you really settle for it, the feeling of acomplishment is way better than these days and months and years of wondering how long this slow destruction of oneself is still gonna last. When, for god sake, will I quit? Once you quit, everything looks brighter and this is absolut live testimony. Everybody keeps strong, we are all great! I see you, Rai. (PS : :8o:I just hope a craving is not going to attack soon!)
