Jada hang in there. You can make it. Like you said it will pass. Do your breathing exercising. We can make it if we all stick together. Jada, Time to relax and go to bed! It is early but your body is telling you it needs to heal. Take a hot bath or shower and get in bed with the T.V or a good book. Do breathing techniques or stretches and ease into sleep. Tomorrow start fresh and use those coping mechanisms. Call if you need us! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
