Puff, Thanks for sharing and know that these people are not your friends, maybe acquaintances only. Friends would never jeopardize your health or your quit! Use those coping mechanisms and distraction techniques. Can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen and go for a walk, do some stretches, take your break elsewhere.
