Kat, I think beating bad craves are huge confindence boosters. It also goes to show you can choose your on thoughts. You chose not to dwell in it and move on. Vhala you are fine. Most craves are withdrawls are only temporary. The more you can get it out of your head and replace it with happy thought.....The happier you will be... Well done.. This took me 3 months to figure out. Good for you.. Yes Kait, A few days after my quit I woke up one morning and felt like smoking. I decided to go outside with my dog and felt great after a long walk. Since that day I love to walk and that's what I still do twice a day. I'm really happy that I do not smoke anymore. Yep, kicking Nicodemon's arse is quite a wonderful feeling. The victory is grand! It inspired me as well. I just kept building on it. You are winning. Keep on believing in yourself. Great job! You just typed the words right out of my mouth. It feels good when we know we are making the 'right' choice; especially after all those years of making the 'wrong' choice. When we finally start treating our bodies like temples instead of shacks, it is truly empowering. It really is. Kaitilina, You have every right to be proud and happy with yourself! You're battling an addiction and winning! Your euphoria may be due to the fact that your emotions, good and bad, are more sensitive. Whatever the reason, enjoy! Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

Kaitilina, I have had something similar, but mine is more a feeling of being powerful. I just could not believe I am stronger then the addiction and that makes me feel very powerful. Glad you are doing good.
