Hi all
I have found targets to be very important along the way....
Initially an hour,a day,a weekend..
Then a week and heaven forbid a whole month!.....
Then the boat at 50 days............
Then the beach at 100 days....................
My next target is New Years day so that I can start a brand new calendar year being smoke free!!
The days weeks and months roll by much more quickly as you get into your quit.
HONEST!
Phil

your right Phil. Those first weeks seemed like they would never end. Then all of a sudden I am at 3 months, 100days. Whoa where did the last three months go. Oh yeah I have been living a healthy, busy life. Also enjoying more free and play time....

This is a great way to help you attain your goals. It can work differently for everyone, but the goal is the same..staying quit!
What's your next goal?
Keep Strong,
Josie
