Hi again.
It occured to me, lying in the bath, trying to get through my hardest time yet, this quit, that you are in BLAH week.
So you've got this quitting thing down, and you think now what. The honeymoon is over, withdrawals are done, Hmmmmm.
It's pretty normal for week #3. Take the time to think about those other things you're wanting to accomplish. Do some planning. You may not be ready to tackle them 100% yet, but think.
Remember that this is a process of recovery, and we will not make it happen all in one week. It's going to take some time. It will require a lot of patience. It's not just about not-smoking, that is where all that other stuff comes in - the emotional stuff, the confidence. You may not "think" you are working on it, but you are.
It's like a child's first year of life. They learn so much - but not all in one day - little by little. Some weeks, nothing happens, and then the next week - it all comes together.
It will all come together in time.
