Ter... Phil is referring to me. The Chantix I take is a little blue pill. I tease Phil about the little blue pill because Viagra is also a little blue pill! LOL. Ter724, Never apologize for venting. That's what we are here for. Quitting is stressful and life's curveballs don't help. Be proud of yourself for staying smoke free! Instead of picking up a cigarette, you came here. That's a great start to developping new coping skills for stress. Kudos on a job well done! Keep persevering! It may be time for a reward! Hi Terri, I have been feeling a little like this too. We had a very very busy weekend, getting readt fro Christmas. We are having the whole family come to our house on Christmas day so we are really getting stuck in getting eveything looking ship shape. Spent 2 days doing yard work and got sunburnt in the process !! the today we were sorting out everytghing inside the house. I kept craving !! I dont know why. maybe I used to use cigarettes as a reward. Like "o.k I'll just finish this bit then have a smoke" I missed it. I sat down on the deck to admire all of the hard labour I had put in. opened a beer and WHAM !!! a cigarette would be nice. I really dont want to smoke but...these cravings have returned quite strongly. I think they are more mental than physical, and thats probably the worst. Anyway Terri, hang in there. I'm having a tough time too. But we will beat the demon !!!!
