Vacation with smoking friend ...

Yep, it's a choice. Great attitude! (I know folks read and apply post to themselves so let me say the following is directed only at ~Just4Today~) Hummybird once said: "You see, when you quit, youve already made the decision. You dont get to go back on your decision. The only thing you get to do is figure out how to stick with your decision. Smoking is not an option, so what do you do? Plan everything out. Decide what youre going to do when you start craving a cigarette. Figure out how youre going to keep smoke free when youre around smokers." Hi Colleen, Can I come too ??? I'll kep an eye on you and give you a gentle slap if you even think about smoking !!! But seriously..I would hope that your friend would respect your choice not to smoke and act accordingly. Think how you would feel if it was the other way around. Honestly wouldnt you be a litttle jealous of your friend not smoking ?? Wouldnt you feel a little left out ?? Maybe you can have a positive impact on your friend. Maybe you will without saying a word plant the quit seed for her. Be proud of what you have accomplished, be strong, and have a wonderful time.
