Hi Windy,
So many people ask this question at various points in their quits. We'd be very rich if we knew the answer!!!
You are doing all the right things at this stage in your quit. It's so important to remain on guard, but let me give you the hope you must be feeling you need......
You mention wanting to make the 'natural choice' instead of a conscious choice not to smoke. What will eventually happen for you is that you will not need to make any choice at all, and it feels as if you have never smoked. That is the really wonderful time...when you realise you have not thought about smoking at all first for an hour or more then for a day and so on. It's a gradual process though and takes a different amount of time for each person.
Just carry on as you are... fight the fight when you must, and just relax into the control you have over your life now. The reward of feeling 'natural' about it will be yours in time.
NEVER LOOK BACK, THE FUTURE IS AHEAD.
Lolly. :)
