Hang in there, the worst is almost over, I found the first 3 days the hardest of my life. Read and post here all you can, there is some awesome support here. Go for a walk or take a nice longggggggg bath, anything to take your mind off whats gong on in your mind. Reward yourself for the 3 days you have been smoke free, you are worth it. Not smoking is the best thing I have done, it feels wonderful and you can feel that too!!
