Super,
You may have just begun your journey, but once you start moving, each step gets easier. For now, you just hang in there. Drink you water and juices, take your walks and enjoy the outdoors. Come here and read and post whenever you want. There is almost always someone around.
Each day you get one day further into this journey. It does get easier. And you do get your smile back. Continue to believe that you will get through. Stay strong, and when you run out of strength, come here and borrow some from us.
From Washington state in the USA I send you greetings.
Cheryl

Super,
The first week is definitely a challenge, so make sure you keep occupied or even stay in bed all day if you can! You body is going through many changes and it is detoxing itself :) Plan yourself a reward at the end of the week and reach for that goal :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
