Hey guys i'm a new member here and today will be my quit day i've been a smoker for about 4 years when a friend offered me one in a bar and that is how I got hooked but i've had enough of this disgusting habit that makes me smell bad and feel sick. I know these first couple of weeks will be hard to get through but if I can make it through hell week and the week after I know I can beat this :) I look forward to posting on this board and meeting you all.
