I'm Planning

Dear God this is hard. I feel horrible this morning, physically, as if I had gone out and gotten drunk but I didn't I just smoked. How pathetic. Well, I am back and quitting again, but I find I am a little tentative now when thinking of posting to someone else. You think a ReQuitter should just jump right back in and post away? LOL IMall, I meant exactly what you did, quote me to me using the quote of your choice, and yes, I know and knew all that and more. Am thinking of going and eating worms, will that help? NOW can we get out of this thread? I've ReQuit, I'm baaaaack, here I am all 10 hours and 22 minutes quit..... Denise PS, it would be really helpful if people actually signed into the instant messenger when they are online. Hey MODs, think you can do something about this quit meter registering 330 days in my glove box, anyway thats what it says. I know that I'm planning to go to the store. I know it, don't seem able to stop it, the craves are worse than ever before including Hell Week and I'm at my wits end. We went to an AA function last night where they all smoke on the doorstep, which is to say standing in the open doorway. I woke up this morning feeling like I'd smoked 4 packs myself and I can't shake these cravings so here I am looking for help... Happy New Year Parrotlady, 76 days of quit, 11 weeks tomorrow. Now, now, let it pass as you know it will. Get to bed early, take an aspirin... You are to accomplished to consider a smoke. You will be better. Many of us have craves along the way, we just deal with them as you always have. I promise you that if you get through this one you will be much stronger tomorrow and you will love youself for it.

Live and learn...done this many, many times myself---and, believe it or not, each time I quit again I learned something from the previous slip. Glad you've joined us again! Well, Denise you smoked. I been there done that. Words do not even touch how you are feeling right now. (((HUGS))) The one thing for certian no one can take away 76 days of not smoking. That is awesome. So now you begin a new quit and with this quit you bring knowledge and you have so many friends waiting to help you. As you know pride can be very harmful, put it away and reach out to all of us. I know, as you do, there are certian people here that you feel really close to and you may feel as if you let down. Not so. You are here and that is the most important thing you can do for yourself and you friends. You said you wanted to get out of this thread. Start a new one. Let us know how you are doing or just say hi. I understand about not wanting to read the old thread. So let the journey begin. Thinking about you, Sparky (Sharon) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 214 Amount Saved: $63 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 21 Mins: 30 Seconds: 42
