I can not begin to express my graditude for all of you. You have supported me during my quits and even when I relaspe. WOW!!! Today I went out and bought myself some good smelling stuff from Bath & Body Works to celebrate my quit, which will be soon. I have a few more things to get in order. But soon I will not smell like stale smoke and I will smell soooooooooooooooo good. I bought Cherry Blossom. It is so nice :p Pam I printed off your post refering to I miss smoking. I will read and reread that often. What a great reminder. Seems like I get so far and forget all of that. Thank you so much. ((((HUGS))) to everyone. Sharon

Thanks. I am still smelling of smoke, but hope to be smelling of cherry blossoms soon. Dundad, you can't come to my house :eg: Phil, shoe polish :quest: Choclate coverd cherriers? Don't like those :( Windy keep some for yourself, you earned it ;) Need to go back there and do some more smelling ;p Think I will wait until my smell really comes back and then away we go ;p Anyway I am still reading my book and getting prepared. Sparky, a few weeks after I quit, I went to a counselor to help me deal with my issues. She asked me to find a color that reached out to me, and then to find a bracelet in that color to wear. I didn't really "get" it, but I went to a sort of new age store and a bracelet actually reached out to me...it was a sort of sea-green color, blue-green, seafoam. I bought it and after that, I redid my guest bathroom with that color. Then, I was at Bath and Body Works and found the Cotton Blossoms fragrance which is also that color. So I vote for Cotton Blossoms!
