cc - you may want to start a new thread about your question regarding patches... From what I have read the patches can keep you up at night... I quit cold turkey, but others can help you out with ?'s about patches... Do something to relax yourself tonight... meditating, deep breathing, going for a walk - find some relaxation for yourself tonight, friend. cc - hold on tight... Spend as much time as possible here on this site - go back and read old posts and read more... this place is filled with info that will help you stay Quit... Coping skills... one of my fav's was reading here... learning the process, keeping myself focused on grounding and protecting my Quit. Feeling lost is natural... Lost is OK - just hold on tight to YOU right now and spend some time getting acquainted with the Quit process... also - take a look at the program on the left... Hi cc Firstly congrats on quitting - one of the best decisions you have ever made and one we can all gaurantee that you will not regret for a nanosecond. I quit just 3 weeks ago and my first week was characterised by a number of sleepless nights. this was accompanied by a strange sensation of feeling spaced out. So I spent the first week in a daze really but curiously I was energised in a funny sort of way too. It's just your system readjusting - your body is one of the most sophisticated machines capable of healing and cleansing itself so sit back and let it get on with it. Use this site often too - it's been a lifeline to me at times and you get to know folk here too - there are some great characters here. All the very best and 'chat' soon.
