Super, Henry Ford said, "Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right." It's all in your frame of mind. You made it through Hell Week! Hooray for you!!! So go out and reward yourself for 7 hard earned days!!! That should make you feel better about yourself AND your quit!!! You DO have the strength inside you! You just have to find it! Please don't give up! Even if you have smoked already, you don't have to give up! The fight isn't over until you say it's over. I've seen tons of people slip and relapse (myself included) and almost all of them say "I wish I'd never smoked" but I've never seen any way "going back to smoking was the best thing I've ever done." And believe me - you won't either! You go back to smoking and you will see crystal clear why you wanted to quit so badly! Please don't give up on yourself! You CAN do this!!! Crave the Quit! Hi Super You can do it! It is hard but you can do it. You need to be real ready to do so, so don't feel as though you are failing. Do you thunk you need more time to prepare for the quit, thing about using patches...

Hey come on super, get your a** back in here and don't quit quitting. You have 7 days allready so you can have another day too. Sometimes it is not fun but you get something good in return: Health!!! Be proud on yourself for that 7 days instead of telling yourself that you can't go on. You have a choice: To smoke or not to smoke. You'll be sorry if you choose to smoke, believe me. Please get yourself together ok??? Big hug for you :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 219 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,492 Amount Saved: 646.05 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 5 Mins: 20 Seconds: 17

Super- We all know you can do this. We would like to be able to convince you. But only you can do that. We can tell you that we all felt the same things you are feeling at one time or another in our quit process. Whatever struggle you are facing, we have all had a similar experience. Some make it thru the first time with nothing but sheer grit holding them up. Others, (yours truly,) had to practice a bit. But when you look back on the intense moments and know that you overcame them, it is so empowering. Makes you wonder what else you can do w/that same rock-hard belief in yourself. The possibilities are endless. Hey, you gave yourself the name. Now, live up to it! We all know you can.
