Hey determined remember your NAME BE DETERMINED. Went to dinner with my Brother big smoker, mid meal two went out to have a smoke ofcourse I was invited. I was feeling strong not weak so I went out with them watched them it was ugly and disgusting I had only a flicker of desire, but my quit was far stronger. I am amazed they were not that happy for me, because ofcourse they had "tried" a million times to quit. BE A QUITTER NOT A SMOKER. Stay aware tune into how you feel. I had two drinks, not more, knowing if I had drank a lot I might not have been able to steady my resolve. If you can't handle being around smokers then don't. When you see them light one up, don't romanticize it, it will make you want it, rather see in it all that it is a very nasty addcitive ugly life stealing habit that you are breaking in your life. I assume the people at the wedding are people you care about. They are starting their new life, embrace the symbolicness of that, because as new quitters so are we.
