The IT department has informed me that when adding buddies, you need only to click "add to buddy list". This will correct the problem of figuring out members with the same name!

We thank you for all your input for our new and improved SSC IM Messenger. We are diligently working to adjust all the bugs and have also taken the new ideas into account. Please know that we value your opinion and if you have any more suggestions, please contact us via feedback :)
Rusty - Make sure your pop-up blockers are disabled for Netscape.
BFS - We can not currently change the name issue, but we are working on being able to make a distinction between similar names :)
All other issues are being taken in priority sequence and we will let you know as the development progress'. As all our programs and computers are different, you may want to take the time to check with your provider to assist with settings.
