Well it's day four. The claim is that in as little as three weeks. I noticed the first day that I was foggy in my thoughts. Day two was improved significantly and how on day four, I feel quite well. I also have noticed that each night before I go to sleep, my pack of cigarettes has at least 5 left in it. I usually smoke a pack or more, I'd say average 25/day. Now it seems as though it's down to 15, so hopefully that's something. My quit date is still set for Feb 19th but maybe I'll move it up; we'll see how it progresses. Thanks for your interest; I'll try to be more dilligent in my posting. Good luck to all.
