Vi: What on earth is a "nicotine-free cigarette"? I've never heard of such a thing.
Look, you know that smokers love to sabotage themselves. So, once you had that smoke, did it help? Did it solve all your cravings, all your problems? Of course it didn't. In fact, it just made things worse because now you feel like a "loser" (your words).
You allowed yourself to feel like a loser, because you chose to have that smoke. It's all about making choices. On December 26th, you chose to stop smoking. Now that's a good choice.
Chantix is a great help, but you have to really want to quit more than you want to smoke.
Get right back up on that horse and back to your quit. You CAN do this!
Don't fall into the trap of feeling sorry for yourself that you've given up cigarettes. That is so very dangerous.
Change your mindset to one that constantly congratulates yourself for making such a great decision, such a wonderful choice to be a nonsmoker.
Hang in there and Keep the faith.
