I understand everything that 4my2girls is saying. And all of those things are all very well and good. Before I met my girlfriend I was going to the gym everday, running miles at a time and still smoking a pack a day. Sure I would have been THAT much better if I wasn't smoking, but since I've quit, I've stopped going to the gym all together, my eating habits are retarded, I feel lazy. I've gained 25 lbs. I used to have a six pack and all that good stuff.
It's just very frustrating that my life seems to have made a turn for the worse since quitting. I know it's best for me. I think anyone knows that. All I'm saying is.... actually I have no idea what I'm saying. All these things seem like personal problems that aren't related to smoking. I just think my brain tries to relate them because I deep down have the junkie mentality.
