When craves hit me, I get busy doing something to occupy my mind, chew gum, (sugarless) deep breathe, type my feelings down on the pc, whatever it takes. The next time I may ask cybrduke to just slap me. ;p (THAT was funny cybrduke)
I am at the point now in my quit that whenever I have a crave and if my mind even considers firing up a smoke, it scares me. I'm afraid of what it might do to me now. I guess that's a good thing.
It IS strange how suddenly, Nic can jump in your face. Why won't he just give it up and die!
