Yes I think a mentor will help me greatly! I am a 20 year smoker. The effects are dragging me down. I have read alan carr's book recently and was considering quiting. Lately though, I have been thinking how fast the years went back and all the times my quits failed. I am sad that I can say I have been smoking for 20 years. I feel like a jerk! In any case, this is it for me. I can use all the help I can get. Thanks

I screwed up and broke down around 5pm ! But I am not giving up, I made an appointement with my Dr. next Friday. I am getting off the Wellbutrin and asking him to give me Chantix. Is there anyone who Chantrix helped better than Wellbutrin? Don't give up on me, please. Eh, Phil do you still want to mentor me? I will make it because i won't give up until i do.

Whynot, I would be happy to mentor you. I am just wondering how we could swap addresses initially. I think the only way to swap e-mail addresses is to be signed in to the SSC IM. There are a few people here who have my address - perhaps they could pass this on, should I not be on the IM at any point.
